The Balance

What do you see?
An exercise in conveying complex concepts through sheer composition and abstraction. There was an emphasis of color and shape throught out the process, undergoing several revisions from peers and professor alike. The final product is the first image, meant to describe the world's turbulent relationship with natural resources from its more predatory political entities. Flowing, colorful nature being overridden by cold, geometric "things", siphoned of their energy like a parasite.
Made in Photoshop.
